"I was here for cardio therapy after a 100% blocked artery and 2 screws installed. I definitely improved breathing and strengthening. A previous shoulder injury became the main focus for upper body workouts, while definitely strengthening the heart. An unusual blood pressure decrease after workouts was discovered, and was very motivational to keep benefiting for future workouts."

"I have been going to the RecoveryZONE Fitness Center for over 3 years. In the past 1 1/2 years, I have been working out 3 days a week for 1/2 hour with their trainer, Randy. Then I work both before & after my training on the Nu-Step and the Elliptical machines for 1/2 hour each.
With Randy I have seen a tremendous improvement in my overall strength, flexibility, stamina, and pain levels. I have some serious back issues and other problems (don't we all?) so I was delighted to feel better."

"Two years ago I was overweight and unhappy. With some encouragement from family and friends, I joined RecoveryZONE's ‘Get in shape for the New Year’ challenge. It helped change my life.
I had always been ‘afraid’ of going to the gym and was really nervous walking into my first workout. I quickly discovered I really enjoyed being at the gym. Over the past two years I have lost 107 pounds and started doing things I never thought I would do before. I can run around with my kids and recently started training for a half marathon. Now I am happy and in the BEST shape of my life."

"I must admit that I was somewhat reluctant to participate in the Medical Fitness program, due to the fact that I am being treated for degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, and my C-spine is fused from C4-C7. I was very concerned about aggravating my symptoms and possible further injury.
However, after 5 weeks of participating in the program, I have lost 8 pounds, my strength has greatly improved by 25%, and my cardio endurance has improved. I have also noticed that my lower back pain has decreased since initiating the program.
The success I have had so far is inspiring me to do more. All in all, I am very happy with the program and I am looking forward to the next 8 weeks to see just how much more I can improve."

"Where do I begin... Well, I think this has been the best move I have made in a while and I am so happy that I am seeing results. I have increased my strength in both my arms and my legs. I actually look forward to my workouts!
I feel much better after working out for the past 6 weeks. I am looking forward to the routine of flattening my stomach and increasing the strength in my arms. I suffer from arthritis and have noticed I no longer am taking pain medication!
I have a wonderful trainer, Jacob, who consistently lets me know if I need to increase my weights and if I am doing my exercises correctly. After a recent injury, he helped me eliminate my pain and now I am back to the same routine I had a couple of weeks ago. I look forward to his advice in the gym as well as for my workouts at home.
